Whether playing 9, 18 or as many holes as daylight and your schedule allows your green fee entitles you to play all that day!
While visitors are welcome everyday it should be noted that during the season the tee is reserved for club competitions on the following days and times (inclusive):
Sunday 14:00 - 14:45
Tuesday 14:00 - 14:45
Friday 14:00 - 14:45
Saturday 08:30 - 11:30
The tee may be reserved at other times and visitors may wish to refer to the Fixture List prior to booking
Bute Golf Club now operates an online booking and payment system, which can be accessed using the link below. For all players the system will request the green fee appropriate to the status of the player before the booking is confirmed.
Please note, during winter months we maybe required to bring temporary greens into operation to protect the course. We will do everything in our power to communicate this in advance, as the greens staff are part-time and the committee volunteers, such communications cannot be guaranteed.
The green fees are as follows:
Day Visitor/Guest £20.00
Junior Visitor/Guest (17yrs or under) £5.00
Twilight Visitor/Guest (after 17:00) £10.00, Juniors (17yrs or under) £5.00
Visitor/Guest who is a member of the Firth Of Clyde Golf Society £7.50
Visitors and guests playing more than 9 holes need only make one booking for the day and should fit in at the 1st/10th tee as required.
This year Bute Golf Club has decided to freeze green fees for our visitors. Whether you chose to play 9 hole, 18 holes or from sunrise to sunset, oh I wish I had the energy and the time, you will still pay the same as last year! Despite the challenging financial pressures a small club, such as ours is facing, we on the Management Committee believe in making golf accessible to as many people as possible. Also we wish as many players to experience the pleasure of playing our course. The payment of your green fees goes toward realising this ambition but we would kindly ask you to consider if you could go further by making a separate donation to the club. Whether your donation is large or small, it will go towards making golf at Bute Golf club accessible to all in the future. You can make a donation using this DONATION LINK. If you are a UK Tax Payer, agreeing to Gift Aid your donation will make it go that little bit further. You can do this by completing a form which can be accessed using the links below and returning the completed for to the club treasure, email link is on the form. Any members wishing to donate to the club can do so via these links also.
